The rental rates for Alexan Peña Station’s affordable apartments are as follows.

APPLICATION FEE $25 per applicant over 18 years of age
DEPOSIT $500 up to one month’s rent (One, two, and three bedroom)
PET DEPOSIT $300 refundable per unit

OPTIONAL MONTHLY FEES

RESERVED PARKING CARPORTS $75-$100 per month
GARAGES $200-$250 per month
OPEN LOT PARKING $10-$25 per month
STORAGE $40-$75 per month depending on size of unit
PET RENT $35 per month per unit

The following are a few of the steps employed to determine your eligibility. This is not a complete list of the requirements.

Your qualification is based on the entire household’s income including wages, social security, pensions or disability income, unemployment compensation, alimony or child support income, and income from assets.

Qualification is determined at the time of your initial application. Any income changes must be disclosed to the leasing team.

Income is defined as the gross amount of income anticipated to be received by all members of the household, with some exceptions, during a 12-month period following the lease start date.

Apartments will be monitored for compliance with applicable income and eligibility requirements and are subject to other restrictions. Residents are subject to annual re-certification.
